The Kastel Space Available
Kastel is a Croatian term for castle, and the architecture of this magnificent, three-story structure lives up to it’s name. There are two balconies and one large patio and the landscaping is graced with stone walls and marble statues at the entrance. Bol Space Available
BOL is a beautiful settlement on the southern side of the island of Brac, one of the more picturesque parts of Croatia. The main attraction of BOL is it’s beach, called Zlatini rat (or Golden Cape) The beach juts out into the sea like a finger extended, while it’s actual shoreline of fine pebbles, changes with the seasonal winds. Our BOL building has approximately 16,000 square feet, which includes Samson’s restaurant on it’s west end.

Riva Harbor Village
Riva is a Croatian term for seafront. In our Harbor Village, which sits on Stonebridge Lake, there are roughly eight structures, from the B hotel to the chapel, restaurant, harbor-master house and condominium structures. Each of the buildings have a special relationship to each other that promotes vibrant community. The architecture and layout models the harbor of the Croatian village of Supetar. Construction is set to start within weeks and will produce roughly 100,000 square feet of hotel, office, retail and residential space.
Commissary
The Commissary at Adriatica will sits on the corner of Virginia and Adriatic Parkways and is intended to house a fresh market in addition to retail space. Current plans indicate this building to have approximately 6,500 square feet of space. Construction to begin in a matter of months
